Return & Refund Policy – Total Resistance

1. Overview

At Total Resistance, we stand behind the quality of our sports equipment and apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

2. Return Eligibility

You may return items if:

  • The request is made within 14 days of delivery

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original packaging and tags are included

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Used or damaged items (not caused by us)

  • Gift cards

For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as worn compression gear or sleeves) may not be accepted if they show signs of use.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. State the reason for your return

  3. Wait for return approval and instructions

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns

6. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different size or product, please return your item and place a new order.

8. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number and clear photos

We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Contact your payment provider (processing times may vary)
